The HR experience was poor, and when on the ward I feel like a spare part so far (and am even longing to do obs - ha ha). BUT I think I'm one of the lucky ones (for once in my life) who is receiving a structured induction programme. Compare this with those poor souls whose wards weren't even expecting them :-( [I've heard this of a certain ward.]</content></entry></feed>
