well, my ward only knew about me when i rang them up a few days before my actual start date i think. HR is just pure incompetent. can't really blame the ward on this. but i do think they could have done something about it when they know about me starting on the ward :) more…

I can sympathise as I have been in my new job for a week and a half and it's all so daunting. The HR experience was poor, and when on the ward I feel like a spare part so far (and am even longing to do obs - ha ha). BUT I think I'm one of the lucky ones (for once in my life) who is receiving a structured induction programme. Compare this with those more…
